inTulsa needed a social media design system that could flex across multiple themes and audiences while remaining visually unified. With a broad mission that spans talent placement, DEI advocacy, and civic storytelling, the design had to walk a line between informative, uplifting, and community-forward.
I created a modular social design system that balanced visual consistency with content variety. Working from inTulsa’s brand palette and tone, I built templates for static and animated posts that could adapt to everything from job openings to cultural celebrations.
Design highlights included:
Branded templates for B2B and B2C posts—each with their own rhythm and hierarchy
Short-form motion graphics for Instagram Stories and LinkedIn promos
A bright, inviting palette with plenty of white space and warmth to support legibility and positivity
Integration of event moments, awareness days, and program spotlights
A structure that allowed recurring content types (like “Did You Know?” posts or testimonials) to remain fresh
Each post was optimized for clarity in-feed, while maintaining the storytelling vibe inTulsa is known for.
The visual system helped unify inTulsa’s social presence across all platforms – bringing clarity, motion, and consistency to their mission-driven messaging. The flexibility of the templates also allowed the team to scale quickly while staying visually cohesive.
